These Ecuadorian cocoa beans come from Hacienda Victoria, which is a family carbon free farm. They have developed a special fermentation that highlights the excellent chocolate flavor of these coveted Arriba Nacional beans. It has nutty and earthy tones and low acidity.

These beans were fermented and dried in the sun. They were not roasted and are an excellent raw product.
